Here you will find details for accommodation in the Kilnsey and Conistone area, offering you the chance to enjoy some of the spectacular local scenery, including the famous Kilnsey Crag, Mossdale Caverns, Conistone Pie and Conistone Dib, or perhaps to visit one of the popular annual events staged here such as Kilnsey Show, Grassington Festival or the Grassington Dickensian Festival.
You will find no better area than Kilnsey and Conistone for walking and for climbing: Kilnsey Crag is a spectacular 170-foot high cliff with some of the area's most difficult climbing. There is much local history to take in, and some fantastic nature to observe. The long distance footpath, the Dales Way, runs between Grassington and Kettlewell, on the hillside above Conistone. There is a very convenient linking footpath down through Gurling Trough, which allows you to eat at the Tennant Arms pub or at Kilnsey Trout Farm when walking the Dales Way.
